Really preferring the stove top grill pan method as of late. Don't have much access to a BBQ anyways. Just remember, have a good exhaust hood and keep the windows wide open. I've recently been trying out the Delmonico cuts, which is basically a Rib eye, with the bone out and it's easily my favorite steak. Cheaper than the strip and so juicy you can pull it apart with just a fork. No steak sauce for me thanks, just a nice dry steak rub or just plain old kosher salt and pepper will do. For those BBQ heads out there that frown upon grill pans, I suggest you give it a shot or maybe you're just overcooking your steaks :P Song is: Boards of Canada - Turquoise Hexagon Sun
