Custom BBQ Train Smoker Grill

Commercial BBQ Smoker Pit. Custom built wood or charcoal burning smoker pit. Front section has three separate charcoal compartments with electric igniters and grease shields and six large pull out grates assessable from both sides. The front unit is equipped with a draft induced blower which can be switched on for fast starting of charcoal or wood, it is also use to raise your cooking temperature quickly. The rear has a four shelf rotisserie which is use for roasted corn, chicken, ribs, briskets etc. which is also assessable from both sides. The upper rear section has two warmer shelves which holds six full size or twelve half size standard or disposable steam pans, it also has a seperate flue vent damper control. The rear unit has a large firebox with an excellent feature. You can close the rear flue vent and open the bypass damper along with the front flue to heat the front compartment which makes the whole unit an indirect smoker. The complete unit runs on one 20 amp 120v circuit. The unit is equipped with a standard male plug cord with GFCI protection. The unit tongue is set up for a 2" ball. It has a tandem axle, brand new 3000 lb 10 ply tires with lights and a title. This is a one of a kind custom built unit which turns heads where ever your cooking. How To Slow Cook Ribs

In this video I'll show you how to slow cook BBQ spare ribs over charcoal. I should have mentioned that this video was taken when I was on vacation with some friends. We had to improvise and work with what we had. Just goes to show that you don't need all the fancy tools to grill some good food in a pinch. Special thanks to Mario for sharing his grilling knowledge. The key factor here is placing a tray of water inside the grill and next to the charcoal. This allows the ribs to be cooked with indirect heat. Place the ribs over the water and place the vent in the top of the grill over the ribs to get proper heat flow. We strongly discourage the use of lighter fluid because the fumes tend to add unwanted flavor to the meat. We want to make sure all the flavor comes from the charcoal, rub and hickory chips. When slow cooking it is important to keep the lid on. There is no need to keep looking at the meat for no reason. Check it once every hour as your tending to it. For twenty four years Alex Brown has worked for Fairfax County Government as a draftsman for the Department of Public Works. What many of his coworkers don't know is that away from his office he has a very desirable second career. Alex travels around the country as a Certified Master BBQ Judge. Alex discovered professional BBQ competitions seventeen years ago and became a Certified Master BBQ Judge after judging thirty contests, cooking with a BBQ team, and passing a test.
