Grilled Pizza Recipe - Chef Tony Matassa from BBQGuys.com

Chef Tony shows you how to prepare one of his favorites, grilled pizza. Wanting to satisfy all of his followers, he prepares one loaded with vegetables and another loaded with meat. Once prepared, Chef gives you the option of how he will grill his pizzas. By selecting the appropriate link, Chef will either grill his pizzas on a gas grill or a charcoal grill the decision is all yours. INGREDIENTS: 3/4-1cup - Pizza Sauce 1/2cup - Parmesan cheese (fresh grated) 3-5cups - Mozzarella cheese 1each - Roasted Eggplant 1each - Roasted Red Bell Pepper 1each - Roasted Yellow Bell Pepper 1each - Roasted Yellow Squash 1each - Roasted Zucchini 1/4cup - Sun Dried Tomatoes 5-10each - Roasted Garlic Cloves 1/4each - Roasted Purple Onion MEAT PIZZA: 1each - Roasted Red Bell Pepper 1each - Roasted Yellow Bell Pepper 4-6oz - Prosciutto (thin sliced) 1/4cup - Italian Sausage (crumbles) 15-20each - Pepperoni 3slices - Low Sodium Bacon (cooked/chopped)
